With Network Connect, networks send the spot schedules to you electronically for you to review and import into your traffic system.
• Electronically import network schedules and copy into your traffic system. Network Connect creates orders and can even assign media numbers and network copy automatically. Network Connect offers you the ability to fully automate the process, importing network spots complete and ready to air without manual intervention
• Electronically handle revisions to network orders, even if the schedule changes mid-flight. Network Connect can identify the order changes to active orders and automatically apply updates.
• Ability to use pre-existing copy by extending aired spots versus creating new ones. Network Connect automatically extends the end date on pre-existing copy versus creating a duplicate. If the network reuses previously aired copy, Network Connect will recognize this during the import process and lengthen the date range, reducing the likelihood of duplicate copy in the traffic system.
• Automated email notifications. Email notifications can be sent to you and others at your group, letting you know when new or revised orders have arrived. If you choose to automatically import the orders, you will receive an email notifying you that new or revised orders have been imported.
