Timothy Favia, Chief Strategy Officer
As chief strategy officer, Timothy Favia leads the company’s expansion into emerging digital media areas. Favia has over 23 years of experience building venture capital backed technology companies from inception through IPO, with extensive expertise in the fields of online and mobile advertising, and a strong emphasis on corporate and international development. Favia is the former chief executive officer of mSnap, Inc., acquired in September 2010 by Marketron. As CEO and president of mSnap, Favia built the country’s largest broadcast-based mobile ad network by working closely with traditional media companies to extend their reach to the mobile device. Favia is also a co-founder and former executive vice president of leading advertising technology company Mediaplex, now ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq: VCLK). While at Mediaplex, Favia grew revenue from $3 million to $70 million in three years, established and managed domestic and international offices and guided the company to a market capitalization greater than $4 billion. Favia oversaw the company’s M&A activities and developed vital strategic partnerships with global advertising agencies. Favia has been involved in the funding and development of numerous other venture backed technology companies. Favia received a degree in Political Science from Fairfield University.

Tony Gaughan, Chief Technology Officer
As chief technology officer, Tony Gaughan is responsible for the company’s product strategy and roadmap, including development, quality assurance and delivery and technology strategy and architecture. Gaughan brings more than 20 years of product development and executive management experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Marketron, Gaughan founded and was chief executive officer for serenhipity, a mobile social networking company. Prior to serenhipity, Gaughan was senior vice president and chief products officer at SGI, formerly Rackable Systems. At SGI, Gaughan led the company’s overall product vision and development. Gaughan has also served as vice president of products and services at Satmetrix, a customer experience management software company, and senior vice president and general manager of Unicenter at Computer Associates. For 11 years prior, Gaughan held positions of increasing responsibility at Oracle Corporation, including vice president of EnterpriseOne, where he led the integration strategy for bringing together product lines from PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards. He was also vice president CRM, where he oversaw strategy, development and the rollout of Oracle’s CRM suite of products. Gaughan received a bachelor of science in computer science from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Jeff London, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Product Management and Business Development

In ensuring that Marketron delivers world-class solutions to its clients, London brings to bear practical experience from a variety of roles at Marketron, including customer service, implementations, human resources, marketing, quality control, business operations and analysis, sales and contract management and product management. London draws upon a career focused on marketing and operations with advertising-based businesses in the Internet, print and broadcast media industries. London graduated summa cum laude from the University of Idaho with degrees in marketing, human resources management and small business management.

Eric Treworgy, Vice President of Sales
As vice president of sales, Eric Treworgy leads the company’s sales team, focusing on the growth of Marketron’s traffic, digital, business intelligence and exchange platform and services. Treworgy brings more than 30 years of sales management and executive leadership experience to Marketron. Prior to joining the company, Treworgy served as CEO of STRIVE International, a non-profit with twenty-three affiliate sites in the US, UK and Israel that teaches work skills to over 2,500 chronically unemployed and formerly incarcerated individuals per year. Prior to STRIVE, Treworgy served as Vice President of Sales at ToolsGroup, an inventory service level optimization software provider, and Vice President of Sales at Proficiency, Inc. For over 20 years prior, Eric held Vice President of Sales positions at software technology companies including i2 Technologies and Optimax. Treworgy received a bachelor of science from Yale University.

Jerry Holbus, Vice President of Professional Services and Pre-Sales
As vice president of professional services and pre-sales, Jerry Holbus focuses on accelerating the company’s growth in new solution areas while augmenting its position as the thought leader in business software solutions for media. Holbus leads all consulting activities, including opportunity assessments, solution architecture and business process design and strategy, training and implementations. He also manages the company’s pre-sales engineering organization. Holbus brings more than 20 years of experience as a designer, implementer and marketer of decision support solutions for Fortune 500 firms across numerous industries. Prior to joining Marketron, Holbus served as global director of solutions for i2 Technologies, which he joined as a start-up in 1994. He later co-founded and co-managed i2’s European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business unit. At i2 and other pioneering software firms, Holbus served in executive roles in marketing, product strategy, alliances and pre-sales, gaining significant value as a strategic advisor to clients and partners. Holbus also served in non-executive advisory roles at Sterling Commerce and Barclays Global Investors. Holbus received a master of science in manufacturing systems engineering and a bachelor of science in industrial engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Cory Wolfley, Vice President of Information Technology and Support Services
As vice president of information technology and support services, Cory Wolfley is responsible for managing the company’s information technology infrastructure and strategy, hosted operations for all client solutions and client support experience. In his role, Wolfley is focused on delivering the highest levels of service and technical support to our clients. Wolfley has over 15 years of experience in information technology management, systems engineering, application design and deployment and systems administration. Prior to joining Marketron, Wolfley was a senior systems engineer at Power Engineers where he lead a variety of complex systems integration projects.

Susie Hedrick, Vice President of Business Development
As vice president of business development, Susie Hedrick oversees corporate development, strategic partnerships and new business development. Hedrick brings more than 20 years of software and media industry experience to the company, spanning system design, product development, sales, implementations and media operations. Hedrick has worked closely with a range of media companies including Univision, Radio One, NBC, Cox, Greater Media, ABC/Citadel and many others. Before joining Marketron, Hedrick worked in various media operation positions including KUOW, KMGI and KSOL radio and ABC Sports. Hedrick earned a degree in communications and media from the University of Washington at Seattle.

Martin Kristiseter, Vice President of Mobile Solutions
As vice president of mobile solutions, Martin Kristiseter is responsible for the product direction and sales of the Marketron Mobile solution. Kristiseter brings extensive knowledge of the mobile media landscape and the successful integration of mobile with traditional media. Prior to joining Marketron, Kristiseter was the founder and president of mSnap, a leading mobile advertising solution provider and the largest broadcast-based mobile ad network, that was acquired by Marketron in 2010. Kristiseter received a bachelor in business administration and master’s in business administration, both from the University of Colorado.
