Tips to Ease Your Upgrade |
|
- All agency records must have an Advertiser/Agency identification code to successfully transmit invoices. In Visual Traffic this code is referred to as "External ID". In DeltaFlex this code is referred to as "Agency ID". Review your agency identification codes for electronic delivery since these may be outdated. If you have been on the system for more than two years you may have this issue.

- Click here to view the steps to add your Agency ID in DeltaFlex.
- The AAAA standard in use by the broadcast industry does not accept NTR. When sending NTR information make sure the Agency reviews all invoice information. This is a necessary step in today's business cycle and a good reminder to both business partners.
